Shipping and Returns
Purchase orders - except for presale orders - will be shipped from selling country within two business days of payment receiving.
Shipping to domestic areas usually takes 3-7 business days, remote areas may take a bit longer.
Shipping notification will be sent to email address provided in order details.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and your product is in unused condition and original packaging, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving for an exchange or a refund to the original method of payment.
Turio will pay for return shipping fee within selling country within 30 days of receiving.
You need to pay for return shipping fee to return beyond the selling country or after the due date except for a manufacture issue.
Additionally, all Turio Products include a 2 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, please refer to warranty page for details.
NOTE: Please make sure the password of the lock system is set to original '000'. Returned Turio Product that is locked can be shipped to a professional agency to be unlocked, and you will be responsible for any shipping and handling costs.
